"I'm not gay okay?"

Well, after a couple of discussion in the Ticket Booth (@MOA) ! we ended up watching this movie. I have no regrets, this is one of my top picks for the week! This is about Kate (Eva Parker) who died on her wedding day (because of her bitchy attitude!) and Henry (Paul Ruddy) her husband-to-be and Ashley (Lake Bell) the psychic lady who fell in love with Henry. Kate's spirit needs to do something about her unfinished business but since she didn't listen to the angel, she really didn't have any ideas on what to do so she thought that Henry should not be with Ashley and she did her best to seperate the two but after that she saw Henry wasn't happy. Ashley, on the other hand, at first, was trying to help Henry to recover but in the process, she fell in love with him. She also was able to see and talk to Kate but it was hard for her to tell Henry and Dan (her "gay" bestfriend) that she really saw Kate. This is a good movie, not a waste of money. There is no hot gorgeous guy but the plot was good so I gave this movie with 4 stars!

Slither (2006)

Gross! Eww! That is all I can say through out the movie. Although, it really gave me creeps and every time I will here the song “Every Woman in the World” I will remember all the slimy creatures. The story revolved with Starla the wife of Grant (the one who became a Slither) struggling to escape to the big yucky monster. Every person who was able to be penetrated by the slithers became one of Grant’s persona. Luckily, only 3 person in the town survived, Bill (the police officer who like Starla), Kylie (the girl who revealed the story behind everything) and of course Starla. And because of the slimy creatures – slithers, Grant, and all the props used I will give this movie, 4 stars.

A-hoo! A-hoo!!

This movie is just a big imitation, transforming the serious stuff into comedy. The trailer was good but the movie was bad. (We keep on wasting our money to movies like this!). They have this big death hole where different people were thrown! Basically, the main plot of the story was based on 300 the movie and they injected different personalities. This movie made me laugh but it didn’t made me satisfied enough to give this a 2 star movie! This is just a waste.

Ang Pagtatapos 2008

Akala ko magtutuloy-tuloy na ang mga kamalasan ko para sa araw na ito. Wala kasi kaming sasakyan kasi nasira buti na lang nakahiram kami. Napabili pa kami ng 'corsage' at pictures, anyway, tapos na yun. Pagkatapos ng matagal na pila sa entrance hanggang sa pag-mmarch sa loob ng Plenary hall hanggang sa pagsusuot ng toga at cap at paakyat sa stage at pagpopose eto na ang hindi ko makakalimutang parte!

Its also a thriller aside from it being a suspense kind of movie. The story revolved on Angela (Rachel Nichols) a super busy businesswoman who apparently has a psyhopath stalker, Thomas (Wes Bentley), who locked her in the parking lot of the building. Her car was parked in level P2 (that is why it is entitled P2). The movie really can trigger a scream from you especially if you try to watch it big screen. It also contains gross (as in so gross!) scenes and I swear you will see the real thing there. I suggest that you don't drink and eat a lot when you watch this movie because of the gross scenes or else you might vomit (I'm so glad I didn't!). Someone said that this is a "low buget kind of movie" but I still rate it with 4 stars! Rachel Nichols is pretty and sexy and Wes Bentley is cute (despite of his role, he is still cute!)

Jumper

This is an action, adventure, science & fiction, fantasy kind of movie. Its about David Rice (Hayden Christensen) who is left by his mother when he was 5 because of his extra ordinary power of being a Jumper. He discover this gift when he was in high school and when he was able to control it, he went to a bank and robbed all of the money. He runaway from home and lived in an old hotel room and later in an apartment. But there are people who want the Jumpers dead because (according to the head Jumper-hunter---Paladins{Jumper killer}) God is the only one with powers. Actually, it wasn't that clear why they had to kill the Jumpers and why there are such people.. It was also "bitin" for me..for so many reasons.. like they did not show any clear history/background of Jumpers and also the Jumpers hunter-killers (Paladins). However, I find Hayden Christensen to be sooooo cuuuuute with sooooo gorgeous body so I rate the movie with 3 stars!!

while ironing our clothes, i heard Boy Abunda's interview over the radio (Literock) which was about his life. One of the topics was about his love life (well, i'm not interested with 
his love life but I heard something interesting).

According to him, he doesn't believe to those people who are searching for someone to complete them. He said that, we are already a complete person 
that we can live on our own and what we need is someone complete 
so that together you'll be stronger.

*parang centrum lang.. kelangan natin ng someone na nag-ccentrum para complete!- just kidding!*
