Day 14 - A TV Show you're currently addicted to.

TV Show? Dahil nga sa GMA ako nagwowork, all day kaming nakatuned-in sa GMA
7 shows although wala naman akong matukoy na show na "addicted" ako. Hmm.. cguro
yung Unang Hirit at Detective Conan na lang :D *shows pala :D

*wala kaming cable sa bahay so hindi ako addict sa Glee, Vampires Diaries, or 
Gossip Girls hehehe!

Naku medyo mahirap to ah kasi naman wala naman talaga akong favorite-favorite na
musician kahit sino basta may magandang song sila like ko.

 
Ahm, siguro eto na lang:

Hale - bukod sa crush ko si Champ, trip ko yung mga kanta-kanta nila. :D

MYMP - why? maganda yung mga songs nila maski yung mga revivals, maganda din
yung melody at madalas sa madalas nakakarelate ako sa mga kanta nila :D

Day 7

Day 7 – Your dream wedding.

**In fairness pinag-isipan ko to ah! Wala pa naman kasi talaga akong wedding plans (as if di ba?) May mga bits and pieces lang ako na gusto ko meron sa wedding ko, subject to changes pa ito. Gusto ko sa UST Church pero gusto ko din na yung reception malapit sa nature like beach so naging dilemma ko yun (paano ko ba pagdidikitin ang UST sa Tagaytay or Batangas or Laguna?) Anyway, dream lang naman. Enjoy!

REMINDERS for all Future Applicants.

As HR (Recruitment) its a challenge for me to search for candidates to qualify in our job openings.

Challenge na yun for me, pero meron pa palang mas challenging, to keep them in their positions. Para sa akin pa naman every time may nahihire ako, fulfilling na yung pakiramdam. Alam ko kasi nakatulong ako sa kanila to land a job. May ganun akong pananaw at hindi lang para ma-meet ko yung requirement sa akin ng company. Its just sad na, sumusuko agad yung mga applicants. Pinaghirapan ko silang piliin, invite for exam and interview tapos magbaback out lang din pala. Let me tell you this, hindi yun PROFESSIONAL.

Eto ang sasabihin ko na tandaan ng mga FUTURE APPLICANTS (ke sa company namin or sa ibang company pa):

1. WALANG TRABAHONG MADALI. Lahat ng trabaho mahirap. Kahit nga pagbebenta ng katawan mahirap eh kaya meron tayong tinatawag na "WORK HARD" at hindi "WORK EASY". Ihanda ninyo yung sarili ninyo for all the pressure, stress at toxicity, part yan eh!

2. SA PAG-QUIT SA ISANG TRABAHO, PINAG-IISIPAN YAN NG MATAGAL. Hindi yung, gigising ka na lang na naisip mo na, mag-quit ka sa work mo dahil lang mapressure ka. Hindi basta basta nag-kuquit. Una, dapat tapusin yung contract mo. Next, give yourself a chance to face the challenge, dahil pag na-overcome mo yang challenge na yan later on marerealize mo na "madali lang pala yun eh".

3. IKONSIDERA LAHAT NG TUNGKOL SA TRABAHO BAGO TANGGAPIN. Huwag padalos-dalos. I-assess ng mabuti ang sitwasyon. Itanong mo ito sa sarili mo: Kaya ko ba ang work na ito? Ang salary sapat ba? Ang location malayo ba? Mahihirapan ba akong umuwi sa gabi? Ang work schedule, Mondays to fridays ba or hindi? Benefits? Dito ko ba talaga gusto magtrabaho? Nakikita ko ba ang sarili ko dito for the next five years? Naniniwala ako na isang calling ang paghahanap ng perfect job. Hindi pwede yung, kukunin mo yung isang job offer dahil lang gusto mo magkatrabaho! Para sa iyong kaalaman, pinagdaanan ko din to. Bago ako nag-apply sa GMA, lahat yan inisip ko na mula sa exam, interview hanggang sa job offer. Alam ko sa sarili ko na dream company ko ang GMA kaya decided ako kahit pa natagalan bago ako magkawork after ko magresign sa una kong work okay lang. ITS ALL WORTH IT.

4. IHANDA ANG SARILI SA LAHAT NG BAGAY. Physically, Mentally, Emotionally and Spiritually. Ihanda mo ang sarili mo sa lahat lahat!  Andito ka na sa sinasabi nilang "REAL WORLD". Walang take-two, re-take, make-up classes, remedial, o exempted dito. Kung successful ka, good! Kung hindi, move on, don't sulk, ganyan ang buhay eh. Hindi titigil ang mundo para antayin maayos ang buhay mo.

5. KUNG ANO ANG PINAKAGUSTO MONG GAWIN SA BUHAY, YUN ANG PASUKAN MO. Sabi nga dapat passionate ka sa ginagawa mo para tumagal ka kahit pa para sa ibang tao wala namang kwenta yang work mo. Bakit ka ba nag-aral ng apat na taon para sa isang course? Dahil ba wala ka ng ibang maisip na kurso?napilitan ka? Huwag kang pumasok sa isang sitwasyon na kung saan "half-hearted" ka lang. Sayang ang effort at energy! Sa lahat naman ng aspeto ng buhay nag-aapply yan eh, sa trabaho, sa school, sa lovelife at sa family life.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ESPECIALLY MY TIME BY QUITTING AFTER A DAY OF HELL.

Day 3

Day 3 – Your idea of the perfect first date

**mahirap tong day 3 ah! kasi naman never ko pa naexperience yung date as in "real date" basta ang alam ko lang sa isang date ay either dinner sa isang sosi resto or watch ng movie (na parang ginagawa ko naman with my friends) hmm..

tuwing break time namin iniisip ko kung ano ba yung perfect first date para sa akin hanggang 10PM na wala pa akong naiisip.

Kung si Pot ang gusto niya bahala na yung guy sa date nila ako naman gusto ko may say pa din ako. Siguro para sa akin ang perfect date ay sa isang lugar na peaceful at malapit sa nature.

Preferably umagang umaga or pa-sunset na. Masyado kasing mainit pagtanghaling tapat eh. Tapos magpipicnic kami, yung tipong siya yung gumawa and nagprepare ng food (so chef talaga kelangan ko?!), for me kasi that's sweet. No need for roses and chocolates usual na yun eh. Tapos may activities kaming gagawin together na never ko pa na-try in my whole life like biking (yes, parang sa Full House!), skating (Full House ulet), Zipline, Wall climbing (naexperience ko na to pero highschool pa pati rappelling).  Through this mas makikilala namin ang isa't isa at malalaman ko kung may sapat siyang pasensya! >:D
Yun naman ang objective ng "dating" di ba? getting to know each other. Di naman kami pwedeng mag human bingo dahil dalawa lang kami! (lol! jk!). Yun lang!
